RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and sealed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Promotional products are not eligible for return or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1.Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items or gift cards.

3. Replacement Policy

SD Cards are NOT eligible for replacement under any circumstances.

For all other products, replacement eligibility will be determined according to product condition and company policy requirements.

4. Refund Policy

SD Cards are eligible for REFUND ONLY in case of damage or fault; replacement is not available.

Refunds for other products are only eligible for damaged or faulty items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
